  • What insurance plans are accepted?
    We currently accept the following insurance plans: EyeMed* Spectera VSP Superior Vision United Healthcare Medicare** *Most EyeMed plans are accepted, but we must check each individual's eligibility to verify coverage. **Traditional Medicare is accepted.
  • What is the average turn around time for finishing my glasses?
    After completing your eye exam and picking out frames and lenses, you can expect a turn around time of less than a week if we have your selected lenses in stock. If we don't carry your desired lenses, we will make every effort to make your glasses within 7-10 business days. We will call you at a convenient number when they are ready to be picked up.
  • Do you ship glasses and/or contacts?
    Yes, we do! Please make sure to fill out your contact information correctly on the patient form.
  • Do I need to fill out patient forms before my appointment?
    It is highly recommended to fill out these forms beforehand. It will help us to keep your appointment on time, and give us the necessary time to diligently serve you as our valued patient.
  • Are walk-ins allowed?
    Yes, we gladly accept walk-ins, but appointments take priority. Our schedule does tend to fill quickly, so please call us to schedule an appointment and avoid long wait times! We look forward to seeing you!
